Eating constructively!
We try allsorts these days to try and encourage our lovely babies to eat and feed themselves. The first experience I gave my son of trying to feed himself I think more ended up all over his baby grow and the floor than actually in his mouth!
If however I’d placed this little gadget in front of him I’m not sure whether it’d encourage him any more to put the food actually in his mouth or if he’d just end up being distracted and just playing the truck!
As a mum you spend a long time praising and encouraging, and when he did master the art of getting food onto a fork and into his mouth he was so pleased with himself bless.
Now he’s six – feeding time is still a chore and quite often end up feeding him – again – just so meal times don’t last all day long!
